Humber River Black Creek Boys and Girls Sport Band Club has reached out to and engaged over 1000 youth in our community. We have provided food security, supplied Personal Protective Equipment as our community was at high risk of contacting the virus due to housing (living in crowded buildings) as a social determinant of health. 

We moved out sports and mental health activities online and have been engaging the youth on the virtual platform.
